Appointments and pricing
Service descriptions, prices and available times on this site are provided for your review before booking. Your appointment is confirmed when the site displays a confirmation. The final amount and any deposit are shown before payment. If you need to change or cancel an appointment, contact the studio using the details below. Any specific cancellation or refund terms presented during checkout also apply.
Payments
Online payments, when available, are processed by the payment provider shown at checkout. Cash payment at the salon may be available when offered by the booking flow. Do not send card details by email or text.
Website use
Use the site for genuine inquiries and bookings. Please provide accurate contact information so we can respond and confirm appointment details. We may update services, availability and site features from time to time.
Backstage Beauty Appointment Texts
Appointment-related SMS is optional and requires a separate opt-in. The program sends appointment confirmations, reminders, schedule changes and customer-support replies only; it does not include marketing or promotional messages. Consent is not a condition of booking or purchase. Message frequency varies with appointment activity, typically 1–4 messages per appointment. Message and data rates may apply.
